2. PROCESSING TIME

🕒 Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
📦 Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

🚀 Pre-Orders & Limited Edition Drops: Processing time may vary for exclusive releases. Estimated shipping times will be listed on the product page.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided. If you do not receive tracking details, check your spam folder or contact us at support@sonderstudio.com.

5. SHIPPING FEES & DUTIES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Sonder is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Sonder is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered."
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us at support@sonderstudio.com within 7 days of delivery.

7. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be modified after checkout.
Cancellations may be possible within 12 hours of purchase. Contact support@sonderstudio.com ASAP.
