4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided. If you do not receive tracking details, check your spam folder or contact us at info@nycmedicalwigs.com.
5. SHIPPING FEES & DUTIES
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. NYC Medical Wigs is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- Sender is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered."
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us at info@nycmedicalwigs.com within 7 days of delivery.
7. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
